The Nimble Group are keeping my prescribed woolworths accounts active and thats against the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 Unfortunately due to unemployment no payment could be made or a payment arrangement could be confirmed. Please update this as I still can't get a job because of these prescribed accounts.

My nedbank loan was deducted this morning at 02h00, at 06h45 I received a message that it's over due. How is it possible??? I'm getting calls from Nedbank that I must pay but the deduction went off my account... I honestly think it's unfair and I have been extremely honestly with my payments. Nedbank must make sure I don't get additional interest cost or I will move my car and close my account and move to another bank.

I really don't understand why retailers like Identity lie to their clients who are supposed to be valued, before I closed my identity account , ask the people at the store if I will get a paid up letter. Guess what ? They said I will get a paid up letter by email within 48 hours after the payment has been made,<br> <br> On the 28th March 2016 i made my final payment we called the customer service to close the account and the lady assisting informed me that I will get a letter by post after 2 weeks.....<br> It doesn't make sense... You Guys can send statements, overdue letters etc by email but you can't send a simple paid up letter stating that an account is paid up and closed.<br> The NCA, ombudsman must be notified of this odd / unfair practice...<br> <br> Why did truworths send me a paid up letter by email and Identity can't send me a paid up letter by email?.. I call in on the 7th January 2016.. requesting a settlement letter/quote with a proper settlement amount... today I called to follow up on why I haven't received the letter?.. your call center agents sent me a useless letter that doesn't met the minimum requirements of a settlement letter...
