Who has also had an issue with DMC where they would give you a paid up letter and then in turn on their side do not Update Credit bereues acordingly? This is what im facing ,and judging from reviews it seems this is what they do ,no ,this is not right.

Dmc i have being asking them for my prescribe letter and the keep on telling me that my debt was interpreted as i made a payment of R50 of which i did not make and the failed to produce to me the proof of payment that they said i made on that date, can DMC please provide me with the necessary request

I have been going through my credit score for a while now and I’m noticing I have a credit/loan with you that I am not aware of and it’s messing with my credit score. I need this to be fix asap! I want to know how this account was open without my knowledge.

I am incredibly frustrated with [DMC] and their handling of my account, specifically the lack of resolution from Ayanda. Despite paying diligently via debit order since September last year, including my January payment, my credit score is showing a missed payment. This is completely unacceptable and damaging to my financial standing. I have repeatedly contacted [DMC] via email about this issue, even CC'ing myself to confirm successful delivery of attachments, yet I'm constantly told they can't see them. This isn't the first time I've reported this, and the lack of resolution from Ayanda and the team is beyond frustrating. I demand that [DMC] investigate this immediately, correct my credit report to reflect my on-time payments, and provide a clear explanation for this error. This needs to be fixed today."
