I received a prescribed letter for this debt 12WFS12178 yet it still appears as not prescribed on my credit profile
They are appearing on my creditors list and the debt you collecting is prescribed, I will report this to ombudsman
I was given a settlement discount for this account 71WO1843 off which I settled yet it still appears that it has a balance and have not received my paid up letter, I am taking this to the OMBUDSMAN/NCR you are a real ****
Their consultants are ***********, they call when you answer, they are busy chit chatting with their friends and drops the phone, and I want to make the payment
To whom it may concern , I would like to log the complaint with regards the above shop, I called on friday at 13: 53 enquiring with regards this item as it appears online that they have stock , style no: 3154362 and 3187969 and your staff is very *********** , the lady I spoke with advised to call me back an hour later I called and Spoke to Sebenzile who said there’s no stock and later she said maybe there is stock , my question is why the 1st person didn’t bother to call back is this the way of treating customers ? I even called customer service they tried calling them, they answered and placed them on hold for more than 5 minutes and dropped the call , is this really acceptable for the business.
