Vertex harassment
Vertex consultants are harassing me every single day by calling more than 7 times to my workplace even when I gave them my personal number they hardly reach out. Even when I'm off, they call continuously regardless of being told that I'm not at work. This has caused trouble for me at work.

Not following POPI act
I app**** for a loan at capfin skipped a couple of months and now they handed over my account to Vet-Tex which is sending messages of my details including the balance and calling my colleagues from the 07th of March my colleague has been receiving this messages. I don't remember adding my colleagues number at alternative number as i didn't even save her number on my phone, how is the company protecting my information. They both not following POPI act, now everyone one should know what's happening on my life. They are not protecting customers information.

Constant calls even on my work line
This company calls my work place on a daily basis from morning to evening.. please stop calling me period!!! I’ll report your ********* practices. I do not know you nor want to even know what you all about I don’t care.. just stop calling me

Unacceptable!!!!
I am receiving calls at work regarding an ABSA loan. I have never even had an ABSA bank account let alone a loan. I asked for proof of this loan, proof cannot be provided. This so-called loan better be removed from my name, otherwise I will get my attorney involved. This is *****!!!

Receiving SMSes although im not a client
I am not, and have never been, a customer of Vertex Solutions, yet I continue to receive monthly SMS updates relating to another client’s account. I have contacted your support team multiple times over several months requesting that my number be removed, but the messages have continued. These SMSes contain sensitive information, including partial bank account details, which no third party should be able to see. I’m sure your actual customers would be extremely concerned about this lack of data protection. To make matters worse, I have just been on the phone with your support team, and my call was ended before I had finished explaining the issue. At no point have I been rude or aggressive, but this situation has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As I have never given consent for my number to be used, and have formally requested removal on multiple occasions, this ongoing communication appears to be in direct violation of the POPIA Act. This raises serious concerns about how personal information is handled by your company.

I just want to know why do you guys debit my account on the 16/12/2025 because today is not even my pay day 25/12/2025 as much as i remember we agreed on each of every 25 of the month the debit must go off now you guys jus creating unnecessary fees on my account stop what you are doing i have never skipped my payment with you guys now you are starting something that annoys me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have been with Vertex for a while. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received from them. They deducted or debited my account early this month without consent from myself and they did not even send any form of notification. I am enraged at this as it has now totally messed up my budget. Vertex does not realize that not all of us get paid early but the same time every month and to deduct early without consent and without notification is not ethical or lawful and goes against all compliance laws put in place to protect the consumer.

I have been with Vertex for a while. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received from them. They deducted or debited my account early this month without consent from myself and they did not even send any form of notification. I am enraged at this as it has now totally messed up my budget.
