I am deeply disappointed in Discovery Flexicare. After numerous emails to cancel my emergency cover, nobody gets back to me. I was expecting my premium to get deducted the end of February as per the one month notice period. No debit order was deducted. I emailed more than once to find out what was happening. NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME. Today I finally get hold of a call centre agent (Jade) on the phone after waiting for long to speak to someone. Only to get told that double will be deducted the end of March. This is totally unprofessional as nobody had the decency to get back to me to tell me what the hell was going on. I do not have the money to afford a double deduction at the end of March as I budget for my debit orders. I will be cancelling the whole policy.
I am receiving calls at work regarding an ABSA loan. I have never even had an ABSA bank account let alone a loan. I asked for proof of this loan, proof cannot be provided. This so-called loan better be removed from my name, otherwise I will get my attorney involved. This is *****!!!
I took out the Discovery Health Flexicare Plus and the emergency cover. I have issues logging into there website. I cannot get hold of anyone telephonically to assist me as everything is automated. I have emailed, nobody gets back to me. For such a big company the service is PATHETIC. I thinking of cancelling this contract.
