I app**** for a loan at capfin skipped a couple of months and now they handed over my account to Vet-Tex which is sending messages of my details including the balance and calling my colleagues from the 07th of March my colleague has been receiving this messages. I don't remember adding my colleagues number at alternative number as i didn't even save her number on my phone, how is the company protecting my information. They both not following POPI act, now everyone one should know what's happening on my life. They are not protecting customers information.
On the 07th of March 2026, I and my friend went to Coltenage Club next at 341 Moroka Nancefield rd, Mofolo South in Soweto, we were trying to request so me and my friend were trying to get an Uber while we still in the club and she mistakenly put her drink on top of the speaker and we were kicked out by the bouncer, I stayed behind because I didn't do anything I continued requesting the guy called me and said "hey, why are you standing there", I said "I'm requesting." And he said "you'll request outside, asambe" that was the bouncer. I asked for his name he said he won't give me his name is asked why is he kicking me out, what did I do he then realized that he I'm getting ****ed. He said "ain't you going with her?" I said but that doesn't give you a right to kick me out and even speak to me like that. He said he will never allow us to get into the premises of the club ever again. I was advised by the lady at the gate to go back the following day and speak to the manager however I'm scared of what the guy would do to me.
I have requested an Uber while I was at Jabulani mall on the 01st of March at 17:43 and they charged me R156 then canceled as it was counting and was 2 minutes to getting the driver. I canceled the ride as I was still waiting for my order at the store. That money was never refunded back to my bank account. I want my money back.
Poor customer service the Nigerian lady speaks to customers like trash, she took my money and didn't want to refund it. She had bad attitude I had to leave my money there. She doesn't care about people's time she has a sticky attitude
Worse service ever, I'm unemployed I called Clientele on the 25 of June and asked them to cancel my policy they said they canceled it and promised me a refund today I'm receiving my money last money from my employer they debited which simply means that the policy was never canceled. I want my money back and I want my policy to be canceled I'm tired of calling that ****ty company.
Uber eats has been charging me twice for one order. I usually pay using my card my money gets debited immediately after I've placed the order but when I go to the app I will still see a charge. At first I disputed it and I placed an order again at Dobsonville fishaways on the 12 of June at 20:49 the money was debited but when I check my app on the following day I still saw the balance of R135,59 today just 5 min ago they debited the money again. WHY? Why should I pay twice for one order.. Uber has started to be a **** I have my bank statement showing the transaction did go through I'm not happy about their service at all.
After I have payed my contract for two years with Cell C I'm still struggling even today. I used to check my monthly bills on the app nothing is reflecting now even when you try to send the pdf on your email still not receive it. I called in several times asking them to send me my statements, I haven't received one. In May my line was closed around the 3rd I called and asked they said there's an outstanding balance, I asked so is it my duty to always call and ask for the balance if I clearly asked to be send a bill. I canceled my debit order as they were debiting more than what is expected and my payment date at work changed from the 27th to the last day of the month. I payed on Saturday made an immediate payment and today my phone is closed. I payed more than the actual amount but I have no services now I can't make calls. Cell C it's pits I can't wait cancel my contract.
On the 16th of March 2025, I've placed an order using steers app, it was around 18:44 and the store accepted my order after 30 minutes I got a call from the driver stating that they no longer deliver in my area. I asked about my money he said they'll call me back and they didn't. I had to call them back after 10 min, I spoke to a manager that told to to wait 48 hours. I want my money back I have no prove to show that the money will be refunded. The order was never cancelled, i askes the manager why are they not cancelling the orded since they can't deliver he said the driver has to cancel it. My R160 its gone up to so far i haven't got any feedback.
I'm having a contract with Cell C, when I got the contract, the plan was supposed to be 20 gigs for R200 including a router only to find out that I'm getting 10 gigs.I only realized 10 months later, i accepted and moved on. On the 28 of February 2025 i called Cell C customer service to find out why is my bill so high. I spoke to an agent that was rude and she spoke over me,her name is Hlengiwe. I asked to speak to a supervisor as the agent was telling me stories about my bill and the discount flactuating, i asked how as I've had the contract with cell c from April 2023 and added a cellphone contract in July 2023, however I've been paying R902. I was advised that there was a price increase which i never got any communication about it no text message or email was sent to me about price change. I insisted and asked to speak to a supervisor she refused up until i told her that i know there's a supervisor on the floor i work for a call center and I'm a supervisor, so i know the trend. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lehlohonolo Mdou who said he doesn't know why my bill keep's on fluctuating from R902 to R927 between November and December 2024, from R1002 to R1012 between January and February 2025. I'm not happy with the service, I accepted what I got but now I'm getting billed more and more for what?! I don't. Not satisfied with the service I got from Cell C.
