Vertex consultants are harassing me every single day by calling more than 7 times to my workplace even when I gave them my personal number they hardly reach out. Even when I'm off, they call continuously regardless of being told that I'm not at work. This has caused trouble for me at work.
I'm going through a financial crisis at the moment. Capfin gave me over to a debt company and I have been harassed more than 7 times a day with phonecalls to my work place this has cause strain at work and also them telling my colleagues why they are calling. Who can I report this to because I've given them times to call but they don't, instead they call whenever they want when I'm not available. I've been trying to make payment arrangements but to no avail.

These loan providers are pathetic! I app**** for a loan at unifi and all went well, I confirmed the debicheck via my banking app, submitted all the documents they required but I've been pending. I've sent many emails, tried calling and then operators would cut the call short or not pick up at all.
I have put in a query last week regarding money that lendplus debited out of my account and not 1 person got back to me. I need my money because I do not owe them!
Just yesterday I have paid my installment to lendplus, then a few minutes thereafter they deducted the very same installment again. I have tried reaching out to them but to no avail. None of the consultants tries reaching out to me or to respond to my emails.
Unifi has debited me thrice in one day for a loan that's already been paid off, in total they debited me R1047. This severely affected my salary and also no one has been reaching out to me about my query. I would not advice anyone to do business with them because how do you debit someone for a loan that they don't owe you. I wish I could attach my bank statement to this. The Debit goes like R283.98, R316.41, R455.76
I have app**** for a loan from capfin I have been approved, I confirmed the debicheck with my bank. It's one of my mandates and no funds have been released. They required me to submit my proof of income and ID, I have done that and they probably sent me the same email over and over 10 times to ask for proof of income and ID the more I send it, the more they say there is an issue releasing the funds. No one can get back to me and tell me what do I need to do to receive the funds as I need it so urgently. This is very very bad. I've uploaded the documents via email and via url but the email inbox is full and the url states my documents have been submitted but they don't get back to me at all.
For the past 2 months everytime I want to pay my MultiChoice account, my amount due is way more than I normally pay. I have found out that they upgrade my package to family without my consent and when I enquire about it they tell me that I will remain disconnected until I pay the amount of R270 for a package I haven't upgrade but they did for the 2nd consecutive month. I normally pay R130 and the live chat agents are so useless they can't provide me with any information
I have Been trying numerous times to get to speak to an agent without any luck. I was trying to cancel a life cover contract. Eventually I have reached them via email and I submitted the documents that was required. I then received an sms saying that my cancelation was successfully processed. Then out of nowhere old mutual debited money out of my account
