Useless bunch of agents
This company says that one of my accounts is handed over and each time they send an email I respond, tey they will get someone else to email me,I have received emailed from 8 different people each time I advise them that I have an arrangement in place with the company in question I even sent the updated statement then the next day I get an email from another agent. I will not make any payment arrangements with you I dont have a contract with you and I am tired of responding to different agents who dont seem to know what is happening. Please follow up with the company as I will ignore all emails as of today.

RCS HANDED MY MATTER OFFER TO NRB RISK SOLUTIONS WEREBY 100 RAND WERE DEDUCTED MONTHLY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WEREBY ON 2ND OF JUNE 2025 I SPOKE TO CHARMAINE MAZIBUKO EMAIL CHARMAINE. MAXIBUKO@NRBRISK.CO.ZA WEREBY I ASKED FULL PAYMENT IF ALL THAT I OWN RCS CREDIT CARD AND OTHER CARD TO PAY ALL AFTER MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY LITTLE MONEY IS RECIEVED I MADE PAYMENT ON THE 2ND OF JUNE 2025 WITH PROOF NOW OTHER ATTORNEYS ON MY BACK GVDM ATTORNEYS. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I WAS DECLARED MEDICAL UNFIT AFTER INJURY ON DUTY AND GET PENSION HOW DID NRB RISK SOLUTIONS MAKE SUCH A BIG MISTAKE. REFERENCE NUMBER 65346040001

poor service
I am writing this review with much disappointment and dissatisfaction with PRES LES and NRB Risk Solutions, i have 2 accounts with Pres Les my account was handed over to NRB Risk Solution due to non-payments(I was not working). March 2025 i got a job than April I approved two instalments amounts for my behind accounts. I have never received any statement either form collection company or Pres Les, this month i received a report from Experian that I've never paid Pres Les for the past 6 months and my credit score has further dropped. I called Pres Les today, they said i must speak to NRB because my account has been handed over, at NRB I called 4 times already, they keep on saying they will forward all the details now via email. i only need statement, settlement amount and banking details, who can assist me on this? well understanding maybe everything would be smoother if my account was not handed over. Sending regular statements is a legal requirement to ensure clients are informed about their products.

Rude calls
The worst experience ever with these people!!! Multiple calls from different agents all day. To make it worse today I got called and asked for these calls to stop and the agent called be the b word. She even asses my number on her Whatsapp and video called me to curse me out even more. The has to b a way that our information is protected and this harraassment to stop

Beware this company. They pretend to be a collection agent and entice you with a discount to settle outstanding accounts. It's been months since I paid up an account, and I am getting 'threatening to blacklist' emails from this company for the same paid up account. They keep hounding with calls and emails.

NRB Risk Solutions is a ****, My vehicle was written off by my insurance and Nedbank cancelled the shortfall to bad debt written off. NRB Risk Solutions contacted me and told me my account was handed over to them and I needed to arrange payment. I then decided to go under debt review and my "Debt" with Nedbank for this value was not registered under my name. The High Court did not approve them to be paid so I stopped. They have continued to harass me for over 5 years, sending threats about non payment.

Poor customer service
I have a loan with Nedbank that I couldn't pay due to unforeseen circumstances, and my account was handed over to NRB. I made a new arrangement with NRB, and they started debiting my account. However, Nedbank still processed two debit orders, and now neither party is willing to assist me in getting a refund. Can I please get my refund as soon as possible? I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of cooperation from both Nedbank and NRB.
