Norman Bissett & Association treated me unfairly, Norman Bissett & Associates (Nimble Group) offered assistance towardsnpaying off my debts. I took the offer and for them to debit their money from my account. I signed an agreement with the hope that I am avoiding my name to be blacklisted on Credit Bureau. The payments were done, the group NBA also received their re- payments where they even debited for two years extra in my account. I contacted NBA requesting them to remove my name from blacklisting i.e Credit Bureau and to reimburse me the amount they exceeded with. Until today none of the two had been done and this leaves me with no choice but to request Hello Peter to assist me with the matter. I need a settlement letter, to be removed from Credit Bureau and refunded the extra payments they did. They came as if the are helping mean whilst they were all doing that for themselves as they deducted more than what was agreed upon. I am also black listed by the same companies they claimed that they were paying.

They held on to a loan handed over from capitec since 2016. Ive been trying to find out how much is owed and since when through other online sources but have failed each time. I finally asked my bank for the companies details and even then it took work from the consultant to find out. Its been 8 years and going on 9 years out of employment. Ive been held hostage by these guys!

Breach of POPIA ACT. THIS COMPANY DISCUSSES WITH EVERYBODY ANYTHING EVEN OF ITS NOT NOT YOU THEY GIVE OIR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES AND HARASS THESE PEOPLE WHOLE DAY WITH CALLS NO STOP AND KEEPING ON DOING IT MONDAY TO SUNDAY EVEN IF THEY ARE REPORTED TO NCR THEIR CONTINUE TO DO SO AND THE CONSULTANTS LITERALLY THREATEN PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE IF THEY DO NOT GET HOLD OF THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Nimble Group / Norman Bissett regarding a serious breach of my privacy. On a recent occasion, I received a call from Nimble Group / Norman Bissett that was made directly to my employer’s office line. This line is not a personal number and is shared across multiple employees within the company, including senior management, directors, and the legal department globally. At no point did I give consent, either in writing or telephonically, for Nimble Group or Norman Bissett to contact me on this office number. This number is not listed as my personal contact information, and it is unacceptable for them to assume that it is mine simply because it is associated with my place of work. Nimble Group is already in possession of my correct and personal contact details, namely: Cell phone: 067 645 3915 Email: shawnkola.ts@gmail.com Any further contact must be made through these channels only. This action is a clear violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and I view it as an ******** use of private information. Should Nimble Group or Norman Bissett continue to contact me on the employer’s office number, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including lodging a formal complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa and seeking legal recourse. I demand that Nimble Group / Norman Bissett immediately cease all contact attempts on the 021 office number and restrict all communication to the personal contact details I have provided.

*********** to say the least, POPIA is not big on this companies compliance checks. They call every single day looking for someone I have no idea is, but willing to give me information that he is under debt review. What a way to keep your clients info safe. And then will argue with me that I know the guy? Shame on you!
