Breach of POPIA ACT. THIS COMPANY DISCUSSES WITH EVERYBODY ANYTHING EVEN OF ITS NOT NOT YOU THEY GIVE OIR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES AND HARASS THESE PEOPLE WHOLE DAY WITH CALLS NO STOP AND KEEPING ON DOING IT MONDAY TO SUNDAY EVEN IF THEY ARE REPORTED TO NCR THEIR CONTINUE TO DO SO AND THE CONSULTANTS LITERALLY THREATEN PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE IF THEY DO NOT GET HOLD OF THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.
These are the worst people to deal with consultants are rude and bully people to pay more than what they can afford.
These people are the worst they do not listen to explanations they just want the money due for their client and the harassing emails unbearable. This company should be closed as none of their consultants listen nor do the reply to emails if you reply they will continue to send letters of litigation even though you are not wrong.

I was charged connection fee for an upgrade an they faied to debit my account correctly then charged debit rejection fee . When a dispute is logged they completely ignore the refund which is due to me and just say I must pay mu bill to avoid my account being handed over . They clearly see the consultant who assisted me stuffed up an she should be held an pay the rejection for my account and give my refund which is due. I would think the CEO of telkom needs to be made aware of such pathetic business ethics and the store needs to be closed as the people do not how to assist they say just call the call centre
