This company keeps calling you looking for someone you can tell them you don't know this person and that you have been using the number they called for years they never stop they call you time after time more than once a day

Sanlam disappoints again
I have a retirement annuity that was supposed to pay out when I turned 55 I request that the full amount be paid out the were fast in sending the application documents but sadly that was all that they did fast after being told that the funds will be in my account 29/11/24 it were only paid into the wrong account by 02/12/2024 after I asked them to reverse it and paid into right account I were told it has to go back to SARS and now all off a sudden O receive an email requesting me to submit a sworn affidavit with 3 specimens of my signature because all of a sudden my signature on the documents doesn't match with the one they got on record how the hell does my signature change all off a sudden. This is unacceptable and the service is poor seems like they don't know what they are doing. I surely won't use them again

I contacted them to update some details they responded quickly and my details were updated giving me peace of mind
