Mochachoes trade route mall
I ordered at 14.58 and Made payment at 15.09 pm . Got confirmation that it would take 60 minutes to pre . Order was done on online site real time mall . At 16.30 I check online to see if prepared it still showed as still been prepared I ordered two burgers . The first driver came to deliver but didn't have order with him .we complained to manager and he confirmed due to fasting it very busy at shop . The second driver came at 17.30 with cold chips and food . How does one wait 2 and half hours for 2 burgers even site not updating on what happening to order . This is not first time we experience slow service from that branch in trade route mall . Last two times we only order chips and took 50 minutes to prepare

Mochahos Signet Terrace
This complaint pertains to Mochachos in Signet Terrace Lenasia. I had ordered a burger and received one where the chicken fillet was off and stinky...The manager has sent through another burger on me complaining and that one was just as bad. The manager had mentioned that there is nothing wrong with their mayo or chicken...then why the odour.

Mochahos Signet Terrace
This complaint pertains to Mochachos in Signet Terrace Lenasia. I had ordered a burger and received one where the chicken fillet was off and stinky...The manager has sent through another burger on me complaining and that one was just as bad. The manager had mentioned that there is nothing wrong with their mayo or chicken...then why the odour.

Mochachos Florida Junction selling poison
Florida Junction.. We ordered food in store, first off we waited extremely long but we thought good food takes time to prepare.. We eventually receive our food but because we ordered from the counter we trusted all was in order so we left.. We literally stay around the corner from the store but when taking out the food I noticed the it was quite cold.. I warmed it up in the microwave and decided to eat it anyway.. My wife, kids and myself started getting painful stomach cramps 30mins after eating the poison they sold us.. My guess is they gave us old food that was perhaps cancelled or returned by someone else.. I urge everyone to stay clear of Mochachos Florida Junction, not sure about the rest of the branches but seems to me they care more about their bottom line over quality..

Mochachos Sunninghill - Unpleasant odour of chicken
