Ordered for family meal on the 27-05-2026 Flavor HOT and we received a meal that was not up to standard No Taste ,Chips seemed to be Refried Store MOCHACHOS GLENMARAIS KEMPTON PARK

You don't even deserve a star, I ordered at 13:15, came to collect my order at 14:05 and they couldn't find it. I ordered Hot and they gave me mild then put a "HOT" sticker on the food so I don't question them, so much for customer service. Clearly my food was given to someone else, what kind of a ****en circus are you running because it took her +/-5 minutes to give me food I order around one, this Mochachos has the worst and pathetic client service. I WON'T SUPPORT AGAIN.

Mochachos The Glen Mall doesn't mind losing a customer just because they do not want to give the Piece of meat that the customer is requesting for. Im at The Glen Mall 5 times a month and eveytime I go to Mochachos for my meal, im always told they dont have my requested piece. Its a Saturday 13h46 and they still claim not to have my requested. Your sales people might be tired of working otherwise the shop will lose business because of staff that doesn't care.

Orderd at 6pm (17/04/2026)MOCHACHOS WESTVILLE PLEASE GET A NEW CHEF. Delivered BURNT CHIPS to me I ordered HOT but everything is mild had to add my own source DRY,SAGGY BURGERS SIES STIP SELLING WHEN YOU WILL NOT DELIVER QUALITY THAT YOU PROMISE IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING I would rate.

Ordered 2 gourmet burgers. So dry. Basicalky no avo. When I phoned the shop at Preller I was told by the manager that the staff have misused the avo and that this is the correct amount of avo.
