Pathetic customer service

You don't even deserve a star, I ordered at 13:15, came to collect my order at 14:05 and they couldn't find it. I ordered Hot and they gave me mild then put a "HOT" sticker on the food so I don't question them, so much for customer service. Clearly my food was given to someone else, what kind of a ****en circus are you running because it took her +/-5 minutes to give me food I order around one, this Mochachos has the worst and pathetic client service. I WON'T SUPPORT AGAIN.
