Poor food
Chicken and chips were hard burned and crunchy. Chicken wings were biltong consistancy and smeared with thick sauce. NEVER AGAIN.Meal was definelty not made fresh.

Received excellent service from Sameshan Pillay - at some point wanted to leave KP cause of some disagreement but the manner in which he dealt with my matter made me stay. It felt like I had a personal broker at the company.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I wish I could leave zero stars. What an absolute nightmare. I ordered an item from Germany 2/06/2023 (Friday) and payed for express shipping. UPS international did their job, it was shipped by the Wednesday and tracking showed I would receive my item 09/06/2023. I only received my shipment today 30/06/2023 12pm. This is after more than 20 phone calls where I had to endure being on hold and numerous emails. If only the wait was all. I also had to pay double the value of my item to UPS . Besides the shipping fee which I expected I had to 3 separate fees to UPS to get my item. My item was only R750, in total in total I payed R3000 half of which was charged by UPS ( the rest was customs and duty tax). I engaged with UPS asking about transparency and an explanation for the fees I was just told these are the fees just pay them . Fine I relented out of desperation ( the item I needed was for my newborn child - so yes desperation was a factor I just had to play by their unreasonable rules). Even after I payed for all the fees it still took them 4 days to deliver my item . The reason it took so long I was told was that agent I had communicated with FORGOT to send the order that my item was all payed up and therefor should be delivered. So had I not take the time to call them I still would not have my item . Only one person the final agent had the decency to apologize saying he will immediately make sure it gets delivered and he comp****. It took one day after that to get my item. I am not articulate enough to write this review in a manner that could capture the anguish and emotional roller coaster that this company made me go through. They just want money , even if they did not serve you.
