Took one of my staff members for a pregnancy massage and gosh, the oh so caring staff, very friendly and kind, place looks gorgeous and super clean. They offered both of us coffee with biscuits and bottle of water as we left, the advices and support given, small talks yo get to know their clients more, I mean they were so welcoming and lovely. Keep up the amazing work you do and God bless your business and staff at large.
Ordered a card on the 14th of April, today is the 26th I still haven't recieved it or even a call from the bank or courier company. When I make contact a very rude call center agent by the name Tshego who speaks over a client and ultimately hung up on me without any form of assistance. I laid a ***** case on the 18th and still haven't recieved any communication from the bank. I regret having had made the move from FNB to Absa honestly, this company cares less about their clients treatment.
Mochachos The Glen Mall doesn't mind losing a customer just because they do not want to give the Piece of meat that the customer is requesting for. Im at The Glen Mall 5 times a month and eveytime I go to Mochachos for my meal, im always told they dont have my requested piece. Its a Saturday 13h46 and they still claim not to have my requested. Your sales people might be tired of working otherwise the shop will lose business because of staff that doesn't care.
Amazing and very welcoming staff including the cleaning ladies, a peaceful gym environment, showers are super clean and the spa ladies are extremely kind and treat you like the only important client, infact thats the treatment each and every staff member embodies. I've been with the Gym Company for three years but in all the branches I go to, East Point is HOMEY, quite far from where I stay but dont mind the drive. Keep up the brilliant work Guys!
The bowld security Steve, very bad service, not helpful at all, very dismissive and utterly disgusting attitude. Clearly no one is able to call him to order because no accountability was held against him by senior authority. Highly disappointed as a first time guest... on the contrary Patrick the waiter and the Manager are brilliant and very lovely
It is always a pleasure coming to Spur Santee in Rustenburg Mall. Peter and Amanda are forever amazing. They don't recall me but their service is always consistent just up until Peter started taking note of me and he would then personalise my visit by coming through to just great. I make it a point to always come pop in to the branch even if its just for a drink because I know that I will be welcomed and acknowledged. Big ups to Dineo, she has just joined the amazing plot of team members and she gave me an excellent moment as I was working from the restaurant, keep up the amazing work and thank you for your service.
Got to the store, placed my order and just after payment I picked up from the menu exactly what I wanted. The lady assisting me told me that once I've paid she can't void or give a refund, I told her that, that is untrue and I'd like to see the manager. Sydney came, no acknowledgement to me as a customer, not a single word to check what the matter is. He processed a refund and gave my money back. Very disgusting service.
Spur Rustenburg, Amanda oohhh my heart broke. I was at work and decided to grab a meal on my lunch hour and I went in but ended up losing out on a lot of time while waiting for my food, I ended up having to leave without having had eaten. She went out her way to make sure that I atleast have something for take away so that I can get back to work. She was so thoughtful and kind, I never expected that kind of behavior and I'm truly grateful to her. May God Richfuly bless her!
Went to Kiddies Korner Soweto Branch, for 5years I've been happy with them but today was a nightmare. A stylist came up to ask which hairstyle would we prefer, told her about it and first point of departure was her stating how bad thr condition of my daughter's hair was in, well that's why I'm at the salon but then I asked her so does that mean we won't be able to do her hair, and she said no you can. I do not have a problem when my child cries at the salon however I do have a problem with no empathy whatsoever given to the child, her head is turned back and forth with no communication from the stylist, as she cries, no form of acknowledgement or comfort given yet their motto is kids get their hair done with an ouchless treatment but not this time around. To make matters worse, I took my kid and left having had paid for whatever they did and moved to their northriding branch and upon my arrival I was told that they are the same company with the Soweto branch and if I was t happy with Soweto then they too can't help me. This was said by a lady by the name of Precious and fortunately I have a recording of her because I knew that they had already been informed by Soweto. I really hope this will be sort by them reaching out to me asap otherwise I'm taking further steps.
Staff members from chicken licken Rustenburg Mall give the most horrific service ever. They have attitudes and very irritable resting faces when you rectify and incorrect order that they've given you. No apology but the conversate with one another as colleagues infront of customers and laugh out loud while serving a customer with less engagement with the customer.
