The Chicken Licken at the Reef has terrible service. Once you collect your food they treat you like a dog and chase you away. Ugly service honestly

I'm so disappointed in the meal I've ordered, I didn't check on the premises thinking everything is certifying. It's unfortunate the meat was dry, small pieces as if its been cutted in half. 80% of small pieces was drum, sticks, no breast or thighs, its so complicated and I stay far from it I should have returned it, and the kids needed to eat I couldn't have time to cook, tired from late shift. If chicken licken Bara will serve customers like this surely something needs to be done, I can't spent R150 for 9 pieces just to get uncertisfying meat ment for 2 people, even if I can eat 3 pieces I will still be uncertain. I will be waiting for feedback, I'm angry, if they were taking advantage in serving customers based on the look. As for me I mind wrong moves... I visited the Newlands Chicken Licken branch drive through and was screamed at and treated disrespectfully by a staff member. When I asked for his name, Mfanafuthi gave me a false one. Good Day I just bought a chicken liken rock my soul 6 from Alex mall to enjoy it with my mum who is chronic we bought brown bread from Pick n pay and chips from a shop next to chicken liken as the chips where not enough I was told that my mum is not allowed to eat the brown bread in the store mind you for us to enter in chicken liken my mum was shaking and Hunger and is chronic I am so angry and ****ed at the manager and supervisor this happend today at around 13:00

Chicken Licken Maponya Mall gave me the worst service ever.. I asked for specific pieces of chicken as I was told that that is not allowed but other branches always cater for me. The manager was rude and the meat was very salty than usual.

There's a lady who was helping us at the till last week Sunday we waited 10 mins for the lady to assist us while she was having a conversation with her colleague I then joked with her that I will help her the lady shouted at me n said im inquisitive and I shouldn't involve my self in her chats she then said to me cant I see that she's busy. We started shouting at each other I've never seen such a rude person. She was using Elizabeth's till at chicken licken midtown mall
