Pathetic service. Paid for services which can't be utilised. Poor turn around time for resolving queries. Stay away from 1Grid, Don't waste your time, money and peace
Poor service from a fair bald Indian male. Seemed very confused. Can't understand why he was trying to serve customers especially on a Friday evening. Definitely bad for business
Very poor service from Nedbank Musgrave after my account was suspended for suspicious activity. They ddnt even call me to verify my transactions, they just suspended my internet banking profile and blocked my Cheque card. Almost no help from the business banker (Ameni Radebe). After threatening them with the Bank Ombudsman, they quickly released my funds. Few days later when I tried to transact I realized that I had to go into the bank to unlock my profile and card. At the bank now, had to follow the queue outside for 30min, wait inside for 20min then with the consultant for the last 30min and its still not resolved. Definitely gona close this account.
Technician who was working on my vehicle wasn't wearing a mask. When I questioned him, he acted all defensive. Also noticed another staff member walking around without a mask. Clearly they were not reminded of the rules of lockdown. Sad enough coz they are adults.
Disrespectful waiter "George" spent more time arguing with me. He didn't even listen to his manager who asked him to be quiet. George(waiter) even threatened me.
