Outstanding Service - Palesa Makamo is an Abolute Gem!
I truly had the pleasure – yes, pleasure – of dealing with Palesa Makamo at Sirago GAP Cover today. As a mature woman managing my mom’s medical aid claims, shortfalls and GAP Cover, while also starting a new business, the stress and anxiety have been real. I didn’t fully understand why certain claims hadn’t been finalised or why collection agents were still contacting us. Palesa spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me and patiently went through everything step by step. She explained each item clearly, answered every question with kindness, and highlighted exactly what actions I need to take to move things forward. Her patience, empathy and professionalism made a world of difference. In a space that can feel overwhelming and technical, she brought clarity and calm.
