Have laid claim for an in hospital procedure. Still waiting after 3 months! Giving us the run around and totally unreasonable. Even asking for the actual X rays and scans which surely is an invasion of privacy and the Popi act

Keenan Matthews was outstanding and very patient with me. I was stressed about a statement I couldn't find but he waited for me and put my mind at rest and sorted everything out. I've put a lot of claims through Sirago and their service is great.

Very pleased to say I was helped by Keenan Matthew's on a whatsapp call, all via message, and he was able to sort out 2 outstanding claims. Never cost me a phone call. A very pleasant experience. One just needs a little patience and perseverance.

Did my application for claim, but till today no payout. It was due last week thursday? This week when i asked whats happining the consultant said its delayed cause of influx of claims? Im ver unhappy cause ive been paying my premuims and yet my claims take forever? But i have to add that consultants is very helpfull
