Standard Bank Insurance is Abysmal
A full week of trying to get Standard bank Insurance to get an assessor to my house to assess damage, let alone to get someone to talk to me. All Standard bank do on their communication channels is say "so sorry" and "we'll call you" and then do nothing at all. Abysmal service.

Why is DSTV not refunding me for six months of incorrect billings?
@DSTV I suspended my subscription years back, I don't even have a decoder anymore! In December, and without my opting back in, you decided to start charging me again. It's more than a week now on your FB Messenger platform you either ignoring me, saying please provide your details again, and SIX times saying the matter was escalated and I'd be contacted. No one has contacted me to date. I'm waiting for someone who can call me and resolve the SIX MONTH REFUND.
