Inconsiderate Game Protect device cover

No one should ever try to protect their device through them. Their policy is inconsiderate on circumstances that are beyond ones control. They refused to recompense me for a device that was lost in an office even though I indicates reasons for me to keep my belongings in that office as I didn't have a separate office that i could call my own. I now have to continue to pay for a device that's ****** and no longer in my possession. I made an appeal, which were never considered.
