Visited this gem of a place today & all i can say is WOW WOW WOW!! From making the booking & changing days & times, person i chatted to was amazing and so understanding! I tried the salon for my daughter. From the time i walked in i felt the warmth of this place!! Everyone greeted & was happy! Lets not even talk about the decor & amount of detail that was put into this salon! I have been to many The Treats & this one is on another level!!! Lets go on to Patricia!!! You are amazing as i told u! You made my daughter feel so comfortable, she hates salons coz of her thick hair, its always a painful experience for her n rushed! You made her day! U had patience, you took ur time with her knots and combing, you worked ur magic & when i asked for a trim, this was the first time ever that someone actually trimmed and did not cut! She is so happy!! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff and to the owner for making such a lovely warm salon!!
I called in on Friday 31 Oct to give month notice of cancellation for my month 2 month fibre line I was informed i will be called within 72hr to finialise Up to now, no call But next month invoice has been sent
Rivonia branch Terrible experiences!! Staff are RUDE! They cancel appointments just before the time So sad that staff members bring a business down
Terrible complex to stay in We live like prisoners, increase in break ins and theft Told to keep all windows n closed all the time Kids not allowed to play, ride bike etc Management is running the place down
Just a heads up… make sure you keep call ref numbers,name of ppl you speak to etc As employees are confused and all tell you diff things They approve something then the next person says it wasnt approved or next time they tell u they dont approve such yet they did before…. Always be 1 ahead Also if you ever write anything bad about them on fb which is tru they delete it as they want their fb to look good. They then also block you….
The staff are not knowledgable They all tell you different things, you hold forever, theres always a reason why they dont auth stuff They are just a bunch of ****mers I put a review on fb and they blocked me, they do this to everyone that posts the truth about their terrible service
Chocolates are gone smaller yet charging same price Weight per cluster was 24g now they are 19g
I have been a member for 3 years now & every 6 months i need to get specialist auth i get given the run around!!!
Stratum are a bunch of ****** Ongoing problems with them for the last few months I must keep paying but policies are not active Everyone i speak to gives me a different story
