Kolonnade Branch amazing service
Johan Van Meersbergen : Kolonnade Branch I have received the best service every from Johan! I had been looking for a desk for my kid and it was marked sold out for long on the website. I went into a few stores to try find out when stock will come in & was told by all that they have no idea I then called HO and they told me the same, no idea but i can call closet store and get a rain check I called closet & was told there wont ever be stock coming in again so i cant do the rain check plan but was told that Kol Branch has 1 in stock I saw it was abt 70km from home but still made contact to see if it can be sent to my nearest store Johan was so helpful, he arranged invoice same time, i paid, and desk was delivered within 2 days straight to my door with no charge! He is absolutely amazing, as he could have also said he had no stock & no idea when its coming but he went the extra mile So grateful for such people like Johan

The Best!!!
Visited this gem of a place today & all i can say is WOW WOW WOW!! From making the booking & changing days & times, person i chatted to was amazing and so understanding! I tried the salon for my daughter. From the time i walked in i felt the warmth of this place!! Everyone greeted & was happy! Lets not even talk about the decor & amount of detail that was put into this salon! I have been to many The Treats & this one is on another level!!! Lets go on to Patricia!!! You are amazing as i told u! You made my daughter feel so comfortable, she hates salons coz of her thick hair, its always a painful experience for her n rushed! You made her day! U had patience, you took ur time with her knots and combing, you worked ur magic & when i asked for a trim, this was the first time ever that someone actually trimmed and did not cut! She is so happy!! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff and to the owner for making such a lovely warm salon!!

Terrible customer care
I called in on Friday 31 Oct to give month notice of cancellation for my month 2 month fibre line I was informed i will be called within 72hr to finialise Up to now, no call But next month invoice has been sent

Rude staff
Rivonia branch Terrible experiences!! Staff are RUDE! They cancel appointments just before the time So sad that staff members bring a business down

Not a nice place to stay
Terrible complex to stay in We live like prisoners, increase in break ins and theft Told to keep all windows n closed all the time Kids not allowed to play, ride bike etc Management is running the place down

Lost item
Takealot has “lost” my power box and power cable of my sauna blanket I have been waiting a week now with no feedback & had to cancel clients for a week which means no income for me!! I have spoken to various call centre agents and someone on fb page & i get the same response… awaiting feedback from the warehouse I have spoken to: Rhania.I Moagi.M Rhoda.W Avela. A With no help at all

Pathetic service
Collections booked for customers xmas gifts a week ago and still not collected or delivered!!! Customers now will not get orders in time for xmas due to this this pathetic service! They dont reply on fb, watsapp, emails or answer calls anymore!
