Not a nice place to stay
Terrible complex to stay in We live like prisoners, increase in break ins and theft Told to keep all windows n closed all the time Kids not allowed to play, ride bike etc Management is running the place down

Do Not Consider living in The Kanyin!!
My room has been leaking for over 4 months now going onto 5 months. I don’t know how many times we’ve notified management and nothing is getting done. There are guys who came here early February this year to check and they said they can see where the problem is but to this day they never came back to fix it. I cannot sleep if it’s raining at night because I have to monitor the leaks and ensure no water drops onto my bed. No matter how I shift the bed, I can’t move it enough to avoid the leaking from dropping onto it. The stove stopped working last year October/November as well, it was only fixed a few days ago. The maintenance here is really atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking for a place to consider The Kanyin because the service is just terrible! The cupboard doors always get loose and we have to tighten them to avoid them from falling again because the last time this happened, guys were sent to come “fix” the issues but guess what? A month down the line the *****s were falling off and loose again.

Dont live in the The Kanyin Estate Sunninghill
Would not recommend staying at the Kanyin. Lived year for many years. They have a new management agent. Suddenly I am responsible for cutting the palm trees. Gave me a warning after I said the lamdscaper could trim them. Suddenly get a code of conduct warning for an oil mark in my parking bay. People at the kanyin almost never park in their designated parking spaces, now getting code of conduct warning without any proof.
