Staff Etiquette

STAFF TALKING SITTING AROUND To whom this may concern I want Management of Game stores to know that most of the time when shopping in Game the staff sit around and talk? And do not serve the waiting clients and some of the ladies in charge are very rude like in Tzaneen and Southgate Mall.

I really think Management of Staff should be more diligent and train staff accordingly.

We the customers always have to wait to pay or for refunds!!!
