Smelly Used/Rejected Comforter Delivered Instead of a brand New Item
I am extremely disappointed and livid with the comforter I received from Homechoice. The item delivered appears to be used, rejected, and in an unacceptable condition, as if it had previously been returned by another customer. This is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new.
A Used/Rejected and Smelly Comforter was Delivered Instead of a brand New Item. The comforter does not meet basic standards of quality and hygiene, and I feel disrespected as a customer for receiving an item that looks worn and used. I paid for a new product, not something that appears to have been rejected and sent out again.
