My mother took a phone at Ackermans and they convinced her to also take out an insurance.Her phone is lost and they are now giving her a run around.It has been a month now.I called the insurance company the name is Sobha insurance and I spoke to Nikita Belily and she was rude and raised her voice at me.She spoke to my Mom who is a pensioner and didn't understand the single word she was saying.I took a phone from my Mom and she insisted and said she wants to speak to her.My Mom is a pensioner.The claim was processed and they said they have my Mom an empty voucher and they said they will load it and sevens day passed and nothing happened.She has been paying her premiums without fail but when she is suppose to get service nothing happens.Please someone tell me where I Can go to report this.
I bought a sleeper couch at game and 7 days after they delivered it on of the legs broke.Called them and it took them 2 weeks to come collect if for fixing.They called me to tell me the couch was assessed and there is nothing wrong with the couch.They brought it back and the same leg is broken again after 2 weeks.I have to spend my money and take it to the welders. Im really disappointed.
I am really dissapointed with the service I am receiving from capitec bank.I sent money to someone on the 30th of December then realised that the money was sent to the wrong person and then I communicated with them then they said they were investigating and it will take 3 days to investigate and I did not get feed back.They sent me an email saying my case is handled by Shidre Peters.No feed back from Shidre then when I asked if there is feedback after days they told me my case is now handled by Trevoni Smith.I am still waiting for feedback and they said they will communicate via APP but sill nothing.
I registered for uber eats for the first time because I wanted to order food from Chicken licken and funny enough it did not give me the option to put in my address it just automatically went through. The delivery guy called to say he has arrived, and he was at the wrong address. And I ask if it was late to cancel the order and he said we can, and it will be refunded. Then I get the message to say I won't be refunded because correct procedures were followed. My colleague and I are hungry waiting for the order. They should have given us an option to deliver and let us pay more for the delivery. R181 is a lot of money, and we work hard for this money. I want my money back. This is pure bull****
