Long story short, took company to small claims court, was granted a judgement to be refunded after it was fout ******** that they retain my funds, they ignore court and the refund order. DO NOT use it , unless you have money to throw away.

If I could give them a 0, I would, I always looked up to Vodacom and wanted a contract, got one and it was great a few months in and then the trouble started, first my premium increased without notification and when I called in, they stated it was due to inflation. When I called in on 23 Sept 2022 to cancel my contract the agent gave me a different story why my premium increased, but I still requested to. Have my contract cancelled. The agent assured me that it will be cancelled... Since then I made a few follow up calls and to my frustration, every time the contract was not cancelled till today. Started with a nice experience, but now I do not want to have a contract with Vodacom anymore, because this is unacceptable, I know that they do not want to loose a client, but with this behavior I do not want a contract at all. I emailed their customer service center and this is day 3,still no reply. Can someone please advise me how to go about, even by using a 3rd party to get this contract cancelled without having to put my credit profile at ristk for non payment.
This is the second time I am trying to make use of their correspondence facility and the lady that persuaded me that the serve improved, especially with support, but I would not recommend Damelin to anyone. There is no support, you can email, no reply, when you call, the agents sound clueless with requests you have, I requested to deregister and stop any future DO's going off my account, guess what, no contact again, Pathetic service DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY SELL TO YOU, YOU WILL BE LEFT FRUSTRATED OR EVEN BLACKLISTED FOR THEIR LACK OF SUPPORT.
If I could give them a 0 I would, the worst company and would not advise anyone to ever take a contract with them, canceled my 2 data contracts 2nd December, but they did not receive it according to them, canceled again by calling in, worse customer service... Today I find out I have to pay R400+ to cancel 2 data Sims that cost me R99pm... STAY AWAY FROM THEM, DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACTS FROM THEM.... You have been warned!!! June will cancel my last contract then I will have nothing to do with them again
