Zimbini a consultant from 3 way marketing called me this morning at 09:30 she wanted santam to give me a quote on vehicle insurance but while the santam consultant was introducing herself and i was busy asking security questions the lady(Zimbini) from 3 way marketing was still on the line and she said this about me to her colleague "this person is annoying with lot of questions". I felt ridiculed and disrespected and i thought if this the the way Santam and its partners treat its clients/prospective clients then they are causing huge damage to people,s emotions. Something has to be done
