I hv since laid a complain about a consultant Zimbini from 3 Way Marketin,i sent an email and send a review on hellopeter and they promised to investigate and get back to me of which they never did. 3 Way Marketing has since promised to deal with the situation and their manager Anneke van der Nes has since asked for mt address of which did give her and she has been quite since then,i sent her emails to follow up on my query bit She never responds. So this is the kind of treatment we receive from their employees and when we complain they do nothing.
Zimbini a consultant from 3 way marketing called me this morning at 09:30 she wanted santam to give me a quote on vehicle insurance but while the santam consultant was introducing herself and i was busy asking security questions the lady(Zimbini) from 3 way marketing was still on the line and she said this about me to her colleague "this person is annoying with lot of questions". I felt ridiculed and disrespected and i thought if this the the way Santam and its partners treat its clients/prospective clients then they are causing huge damage to people,s emotions. Something has to be done
I received a call this morning from a lady called Zimbini from 3 way marketing,She told me she will get a consultant from Santam to give me an insurance quote for my vehicle and i agreed but when the consultant was introducing herself and i had questions to ask then the lady Zimbini was talking to her colleague while i listening telling her that "this person is annoying with lot of questions" and i felt disrespected and unfairly treated. It was very unprofessional for her to treat me that way and very unprofessional for Santam to allow their clients to be ridiculed that way by their partners
