One of the worst experience we have had with a booking. I had booked a room for my husband at this establishment. Fully paid in advance. The room he was allocated too, the tv did not work, and they had to fix, which I feel should have been checked and sorted out prior to our arrival. During breakfast time my husband was not feeling well and requested for to have he's breakfast in his room, the stuff working on the day, declined his request and insinuated he is lying of his health status. We had also complained about a door to his room from the balcony which could not be locked. This was a security concern for us as the balcony was shared with other guest and meaning they had easy access to his room and private belongs. But instead of attending to our concerns the owner's husband Rufus Mudley was very disrespectful and rude, addressing us in an ill manner and threatened to kick us out of the property. While accompanying my husband to his room I was not allowed to enter the property unless I paid to also be added as a guest.
