I went to this apartment with my partner on the 17th to the 19th of June everything was ok until the last day of our checkout and I did like what they did because in their policy I can’t remember reading where they would check our bedding, pillows and towels we were using to whether we have stained it on not , the manner when they were doing it in just made me so mad I had to pay for a R 100 for a pillow which was stained but that could have been a washable stain well I had to pay it , to my surprise this was not the first time visiting this place and I didn’t receive this treatment. I had to stand there and watch them lifting up the bedding and pillows which for me was not nice at all.

One of the worst experience we have had with a booking. I had booked a room for my husband at this establishment. Fully paid in advance. The room he was allocated too, the tv did not work, and they had to fix, which I feel should have been checked and sorted out prior to our arrival. During breakfast time my husband was not feeling well and requested for to have he's breakfast in his room, the stuff working on the day, declined his request and insinuated he is lying of his health status. We had also complained about a door to his room from the balcony which could not be locked. This was a security concern for us as the balcony was shared with other guest and meaning they had easy access to his room and private belongs. But instead of attending to our concerns the owner's husband Rufus Mudley was very disrespectful and rude, addressing us in an ill manner and threatened to kick us out of the property. While accompanying my husband to his room I was not allowed to enter the property unless I paid to also be added as a guest.

This is the worst place to stay at, my wife booked a 2 nights stay for the dates 2nd of September 2022 to 4th of September 2022. Upon check in on the first night we noticed that there were some issues in the room we were booked in and reported them then the next day again the issues of an unsecured room could not be resolved and the owner was then notified. The owner acted in a very rude and disrespectful manner and even threatened to throw us out as we did not feel safe to sleep in an unsecured room. The owner is Rufus Mudley he is very disrespectful and rude as he wanted to kicked us out while be paid fully in advance for our stay.

This place should not be allowed to be in operation at all… The owner threatened to kick us out while we paid in full in advance only to find that the actual services advertised is fake… they made us sleep in an unsecured room upon releasing this the next morning we requested the room to be secured still it could not be resolved but rather the owner got upset and told us to leave he’s place without a refund paid to us… Mudley is he’s surname and the business is operating under Vigie Mudley
