Good day I have been a client of FNB for many years now and I took up their FNB Law On Call service a couple of years back I must say this is one of the worst services to take up and I would not recommend it to anyone as the customer service is really terrible and they do not honor to what they promise to provide upon sign up.
BMW South Africa's after market service is very very poor, they left me next to the road with a tyre damage without no assistance at all This brand is totally the worst ever to after market customers
Audi Kimberley Branch has now also fallen into the bad service rating for car dealerships joining BMW Kimberley Branch. Today the 31st October 2022 my Audi A3 Sportback was turned away at the dealership, I had to call Audi South Africa to be assisted with the car only to be checked. This is really clear that these dealerships do not take customer serious especially in Kimberley. Well i am taking my business to Bloemfontein from now on, all my cars will be services and checked there
BMW Kimberley branch is one of the worst dealerships in the BMW South Africa group. I have had quite a few incidents with this dealership in the past and then most recently another incident occurred which they replaced my BMW 320i Msport’s front and rear brake pads including the disks. This dealership is so bad with its after market customer service and it may seem that its even worse if you are of colour, this is so disappointing that we would still have such businesses in operation here in South Africa.
This is the worst place to stay at, my wife booked a 2 nights stay for the dates 2nd of September 2022 to 4th of September 2022. Upon check in on the first night we noticed that there were some issues in the room we were booked in and reported them then the next day again the issues of an unsecured room could not be resolved and the owner was then notified. The owner acted in a very rude and disrespectful manner and even threatened to throw us out as we did not feel safe to sleep in an unsecured room. The owner is Rufus Mudley he is very disrespectful and rude as he wanted to kicked us out while be paid fully in advance for our stay.
This place should not be allowed to be in operation at all… The owner threatened to kick us out while we paid in full in advance only to find that the actual services advertised is fake… they made us sleep in an unsecured room upon releasing this the next morning we requested the room to be secured still it could not be resolved but rather the owner got upset and told us to leave he’s place without a refund paid to us… Mudley is he’s surname and the business is operating under Vigie Mudley
Very very very bad service... I ordered online on Wish website in October 2021 there order has still not been delivered to me after numerous follow ups with Wish, they are no longer even responding to my emails anymore after promising to ship another order to me in January 2022
FNB's Law On Call is giving me one of the worst experiences ever with a matter that i had opened in October 2021 to date, it has still not made any progress at all. After constant follow ups and complaints logged i still not getting assistance on this matter. Very good when they advertise and market them self for service rendering but when the time comes after you have been paying premiums for long then you get to see their true colors when it comes to service providing. FNB LAW ON CALL has very poor service
Uniciti in Durban central is the worst place to book at, they falsely advertise services that they cannot provide and once a guest request for refund they give a go around... I booked via booking.com and on the 26th December 2021 upon arrival at Uniciti Self Catering could not offer the services as advertised: lifts were not working, rooms were poorly managed and set up, no television, no parking space they advised me to park my car in the streets of the CBD. Its been just over 3 weeks now and they still are giving me a go around for my refund after i followed the whole process they advised.
BMW On Call has very very poor service for the Northern Cape province... To a point where i called them on two occasions and the two different agents confirmed to assist me with a towing truck and when i called again the third time to confirm a time then the third agent denied everything, i then logged a complaint which BMW South Africa Customer Service advised that they will listen to the telephonic recordings of all 3 times i called BMW On Call, and guess what none of the recordings were found when the agents confirmed to assist but only the one was found where the agent was talking a different story. I am done with BMW after 5 years of being a loyal client to them
