What a terrible terrible place
I'm not even giving this a rate of 1. It's actually 0. Kaak service at this place. The reception is no help,management is not helping. Long waiting hours at check in, no linen, nothingš”

WORST PLACE TO BOOK EVER
Uniciti in Durban central is the worst place to book at, they falsely advertise services that they cannot provide and once a guest request for refund they give a go around... I booked via booking.com and on the 26th December 2021 upon arrival at Uniciti Self Catering could not offer the services as advertised: lifts were not working, rooms were poorly managed and set up, no television, no parking space they advised me to park my car in the streets of the CBD. Its been just over 3 weeks now and they still are giving me a go around for my refund after i followed the whole process they advised.
