I could actually give them a zero rating but the 1 star is for the security lady who was helpful
I could actually give them a zero rating but the 1 star is for the security lady who was helpful.On the 20/06/2023 I accompanied my sister to Simba to submit her divorce decree papers together with any paper she was told to bring to bring at HR as she was advised when she called the company to enquire about such.We waited and waited at the security while the lady called several times for us to get assistance.After some time a lady called Batse came and told us to leave the papers at the security and she will see they are attended to and we did.Since that day we’ve been trying to call to ask if papers were received and to get any feedback but their phone keeps ringing to no avail.My sister is worried now as she wanted to get everything right but the people at HR are not responding.Is there any other way she can get help because wow!

What a terrible terrible place
I'm not even giving this a rate of 1. It's actually 0. Kaak service at this place. The reception is no help,management is not helping. Long waiting hours at check in, no linen, nothing😡

I'm very disappointed by Netstar
I am so angry with netstar. Apparently I cancelled my tracking policy in 2020 yet I've been billed since 2020 till even now i got billed. Yet I was able to activate international roaming in April 2022 to May 2022 and I've been able to track my car the entire time yet I apparently cancelled the tracker😡 netstar I'm extremely disappointed. God forbid had my car been stolen I wouldn't have been helped because I "cancelled". Before all those stories, I can never get through netstar, be it in email they don't reply, when I call it rings forever. The Facebook page shame they will reply you and tell you an agent will contact you. You will wait till kingdom come. Right now they said they will investigate my issue, the matter will take 10 years 🙄
