I recently took my Audi A3 to the Audi Kimberley branch for a routine service, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After collecting my vehicle, I noticed that something was wrong. As I drove, the car started misfiring at speeds of 80-100 km/h. This is now the second time I’ve had an issue after having my car serviced at this branch. Previously, I brought in my Polo TSI, only to have a new issue arise after they worked on it. It seems like every time I bring a car in, they “fix” one thing and mess up another. The lack of care and attention is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand like Audi. When I went back to inform the workshop about the issue, I was simply told to book the car in again, without any urgency or real concern for the inconvenience they’ve caused me. This poor service forced me to cancel an important trip, adding to the frustration. I had heard negative feedback about the Kimberley branch from others, but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, my experience confirmed their warnings. The lack of professionalism and competence is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this branch.

The soul intent of this review is not verbally attack , racially abuse or discriminate against any race group / individual. I hereby exercise my democratic right of freedom of speech I recently purchased an Audi q7... this vehicle has a full motor plan.... on Friday night this vehicle had an issue .. Bear in mind i live 300kms away from the near east dealership Full protocol has been followed however the workshop manager ... has told me i am not entitled to a curiosity vehicle... Mrs Clotte ( workshop service manager told me ag that Audi **** to me who sold me this... I paid 1.3 million for my q7... would you pay a premium price for this service???? When an Afrikaans speaking person calls this same dealership @ 2am in the morning .. they get a curiosity vehicle. ... what colour must i be to receive service Audi... my q7 is white does this constitute for equality Mrs Clotte? You didnt have the decency to follow up either ... now let head office assist you since governance is an issue Regards K..

Audi Kimberley Branch has now also fallen into the bad service rating for car dealerships joining BMW Kimberley Branch. Today the 31st October 2022 my Audi A3 Sportback was turned away at the dealership, I had to call Audi South Africa to be assisted with the car only to be checked. This is really clear that these dealerships do not take customer serious especially in Kimberley. Well i am taking my business to Bloemfontein from now on, all my cars will be services and checked there
