I bought a Oryx GT5 machine which was delivered in Nov/Dec 2022 while I was out of the country. I contacted Sybrand to ask him for another training appointment of which I will cover all the costs. He said he was available to come and see me in February 2023. There were also spares missing and I did not receive any software which was to be included in the kit. It is now more than a year later and I have not cut one piece of steel. On my recent rip back from the Congo, I met up with another person who had similar issues with 3D CNC. Its funny how we still have people that can brag about the excellent service they have received. Being a businessman myself, I can only say that in my case there was NO AFTER SALES service. He got my money so why would he worry.....???
