I went to 3rd base in menlyn park shopping centre,which is Calvin Klein,I wanted to buy a jean and the jean was overcharged so I decided to cancel the transaction and buy it cash,the I ask for the reversal but the guy by the name of Yonny said he doesn't know how to deal with the payjustnow team and he said I must communicate with them,then I spoke with the payjustnow team they advised me to go back to the shop and ask them to send the email,when I get there the same person Yonny advise he will send an email,but it seems like no email was sent because I even ask him to cc me,no email was found now I have to go to the shop for the 3rdvtime on my expenses,my petrol and parking money that they will never reimburse me,this is poor service,all I need is the email to be sent so that I can be refunded,iam so disappointed about this brand if is the way they treat their customers
