I am logging a complain because I was overcharged twice or rather been ****med at 3rd base Waterfall Mall Rustenburg I bought two items on different dates but the price that I purchased doesn’t correspond with the amount that were debited on my account, I was even ask to pay R50 into Thapelo,s account because he said he made a mistake and charge me less so I shot with R50 , which I did transfer The first purchase it was on the 10th June and then I went back on 15th to do the exchange that when I bought the t-shirt , the price was R599, but I was charged R699 The dress was R1049 but I was charged R1249 that went out of my card and R50 transfer that I send to Thapelo’s account I just check my transactions now and I just realised that this what has been happening to the customers, if it was a mistake why did it happen twice and I always buy at 3rd base and infinity but I never care to check the slips so that’s means this has been happening all along,

I went to 3rd base in menlyn park shopping centre,which is Calvin Klein,I wanted to buy a jean and the jean was overcharged so I decided to cancel the transaction and buy it cash,the I ask for the reversal but the guy by the name of Yonny said he doesn't know how to deal with the payjustnow team and he said I must communicate with them,then I spoke with the payjustnow team they advised me to go back to the shop and ask them to send the email,when I get there the same person Yonny advise he will send an email,but it seems like no email was sent because I even ask him to cc me,no email was found now I have to go to the shop for the 3rdvtime on my expenses,my petrol and parking money that they will never reimburse me,this is poor service,all I need is the email to be sent so that I can be refunded,iam so disappointed about this brand if is the way they treat their customers

I recently got a t shirt at rustenburg waterfall Mall when I tried to return it to rustenburg mall for an exchange I was told the manager is not around and I had to come the following day and that the pollicy state that products should be exchanged in 7 day that is rediculas as that was a gift to someone which didn't fit this is unacceptable as you where happy to take my money.

I bought a diesel sneaker worth R3800 from 3rd base mall of the North, the sneaker is not of a quality as it has glues the whole body. I can't get either a replacement or refund. We can't be faked with the rediculous prices, where is our value for money

The most ridiculous service I have ever received in store. I have been overcharged for an item, (Calvin Klein) underwear when I exposed the prices and wanted to return the items, they refused. I spoke to the so called opps manager Gerard who refused to listen to me. He told me he is not willing to give me an exchange.

Most ridiculous service I have ever seen in my life. Fitted two dresses inside the shop both of them had holes in it, they refuse to help me I went and look for another dress. I got back 10 minutes before closing time the manager was in the shop and didn’t want me to come in I wanted to fit the dress that was on the mannequin in the window they refused. In my whole life I will never buy from them again!!!
