Good day, kindly note that I have made an online order to Kfc , I did not receive confirmation order No, I call immediately and they promised to refund me they even gave me the case No 1287119 Since June 2023 , they refuse to pay me I have send prove of payment so many times, been calling and doing follow ups, with no luck
I have cancelled my contract with Rain network , they took their router back on the first week of June, the reason for my cancellation is , I didn’t have net coverage for May and June, they have bill and debited me for May and June and I didn’t use their service for that two months, they promised that they going to pay back my money for that two months, now they refuse to pay me back.
I am logging a complain because I was overcharged twice or rather been ****med at 3rd base Waterfall Mall Rustenburg I bought two items on different dates but the price that I purchased doesn’t correspond with the amount that were debited on my account, I was even ask to pay R50 into Thapelo,s account because he said he made a mistake and charge me less so I shot with R50 , which I did transfer The first purchase it was on the 10th June and then I went back on 15th to do the exchange that when I bought the t-shirt , the price was R599, but I was charged R699 The dress was R1049 but I was charged R1249 that went out of my card and R50 transfer that I send to Thapelo’s account I just check my transactions now and I just realised that this what has been happening to the customers, if it was a mistake why did it happen twice and I always buy at 3rd base and infinity but I never care to check the slips so that’s means this has been happening all along,
Since my parcel arrived at Post Office SA on the the 4th August 2020 from Oversea, i haven't receive it, I Have bee trying to reach on them with calls and emails wit no response. I have registered a course with Intec College , last year 2018 June, and I canceled it two days after I paid registration fee, they don't want to refund me, they always tell me that they have forwarded my query to the relevant department, even today they are no longer responding my emails, I have submitted all the documents required.
