For a medical service they are slow. Without even a call i get a text that state your doctors where unable to get hold of me . And the doctors are very rude .... I hope this service is canceled ... If i had a choice I would not use it
I took up items in may while pregnant. I managed to pay the first installment in july but due to uif and labour delays i had not received any paymemt. 1 :i got a new phone it poblamatic 2: i call the head office they can not make an arrangement. 3 . the sales person literally dicouraged all the cheap items i wanted and forced the expensive ones on me and bu they then they where already open while all i wanted ead a tv .... So she force sold items ... But i decided i will pay them once i get bacl to work . 4. They came to where i live told the neighboring that i owe them , they constantly harrasing a cousin of mine who got angery. At me they told her i owe them. Whey os it they have the right to inform people about my personal debt with them is that not private anf confidantial information. 5 this week they went to my grandparents house told a tenet that iam in debt and that they want their money when i call head office im told to speak with the branch manager what is the use of the head office there is no best electric here. 6 : should they take reposession of the furniture will they clear my name and their debt because i wont be punished or pay for something i dont have .
I recently got a t shirt at rustenburg waterfall Mall when I tried to return it to rustenburg mall for an exchange I was told the manager is not around and I had to come the following day and that the pollicy state that products should be exchanged in 7 day that is rediculas as that was a gift to someone which didn't fit this is unacceptable as you where happy to take my money.
The worst service I have ever received from the time I purchased my vehicle I was not even given a choice to take up the cover or not as it was forced upon me at patina motors rustenburg, first when I wanted to claim on the pothole cover of which they told has expired as it was dry or 2 years the second is my service plan of which I'm being told that is was activated In 2019 as in in that year my car was still under manufacture service plan so meaning it was only supposed to start in 2020 now I have to go from pillar to post for a service that was paid in full and I'm still paying for a loan with adds on that AR good for nothing I was failed by the underwriter and the dealership.... Made a fool and put into debt for Nothing
I called in seeking financial assistance into your call center I spoke to the most rudest agent she told yo take back the car if I can not afford it.... Question was do u provide assistance as most of us are going through financial difficulties yet the lady lacked empathy... Like she felt I was waiting hey time till today I had not received a call from your financial assistant department... I'm very disappointed in your staff.
Since the up day to the new app tacking ba trip is hell. Whatley should I have to move mountains to tack a decent trip I actually enjoyed the service I got form you and the benefits that came with being with the company but these new tlup fat fells like you are cheating us out of our money and the cash back benefit this is really unacceptable to be honest. Now already it's the the 20th I'm standing on R94 it's not even what I pay for the 75%boost... Next thing when I track my trips once it get calculated I get disqualified for what I don't know I'm dissatisfied, disappointed, angry. I feel I'm being cheated.

I made an appointment to visit one of spec-savers branch in rustenburg mall, on the 3rd of August. What I can say is the online booking service is quite user friendly and fact that on the Dat of your appointment the staff from the specific branch do call to confirm time with you is fantastic. The visit did go well and the staff where helpfull even though I kept changing my mind with regard to the frame I wanted, the best part is the turn around for my new glasses was just a days.
