Hello Ambulance
Sent two messages requesting assistance online. No reply to either. Complained to my medical aid, Motohealth, which assured me that I would receive a response soon or let them know. No response, informed Motohealth. Silence all round.....this was a week ago. Should rather be called Hello Ambulance.

Horrible service and waste of time
For a medical service they are slow. Without even a call i get a text that state your doctors where unable to get hold of me . And the doctors are very rude .... I hope this service is canceled ... If i had a choice I would not use it

12 hours no call back
Tried to use the app for the fist time, sent 4 requests for a call back and 12 hours later still no call. When you need advice to help your child and cant get to emergency services, these people are supposed to help. USSD code given on website also does not work. Probably will not get a reply to this complaint either.....

12 hours no call back
Tried to use the app for the fist time, sent 4 requests for a call back and 12 hours later still no call. Very rude and impatient doctors and when they hear you need a sick note then the attitude comes in. Funny enough every time I get assistance from an Indian doctor they are terrible..very bad service wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Rude doctors lacking empathy and patience
This is the second time I use this service and both times I have been met with rushed and dismissive doctors on the other end, they are so quick to say "you need to see a Dr" as if I haven't considered that, I'm going this chat route because I can't "go see a doctor" but in stead of trying to understand my concern and ask a few questions to get to a diagnosis they end the call immediately

Rude doctors lacking empathy and patience
This is the second time I use this service and both times I have been met with rushed and dismissive doctors on the other end, they are so quick to say "you need to see a Dr" as if I haven't considered that, I'm going this chat route because I can't "go see a doctor" but in stead of trying to understand my concern and ask a few questions to get to a diagnosis they end the call immediately

Hello doctor horrible doctors
This doctors are someway, from speeding up the call and being too quick to give a diagnosis, I was recently given wrong medication, I am pregnant and they prescribed medication not suitable for me, I did send an email and the reply was auto generated, I am so gutted, the risk they put me and my baby in is not forgivable. I called again today within 1 minute into the call they’ve already given a diagnosis not questions as to my past conditions or existing conditions, referred to GP only for the Gp to be confused as to why they came up with such a diagnosis, worse part is they prioritise giving you sick notes and letters and sending them so quickly, are this doctors measured on how long they take with a patient? It does not make sense, I am starting to ask myself if I am being assisted by doctors or nurses in training, it does not make sense. I am so displeased, I don’t think it’s worth having a doctor a call away when they just rush everything. I’ll be filling a formal complaint against the doctor who prescribed wrong medication.
