Authorization

I have logged a callback to request authorization to visit a GP waited for 2 hours when I call back to see what's up they said they called me 2 times and I didn't pick up their call. Never received a call from them I am in so much pain clearly one has to die first before getting authorization. Momentum is also not helping

Bad Customer Service

Shoprite Cosmo City Went to purchase a ticket through computicket and the most astonishing services I received was from a lady, not in her full uniform because she was not wearing her name tag. On the receipt her name is Mavis Tshipapu. We were standing in queue for over 20 minutes when it is my turn to be assisted she just left me and assisted the customer that was being assisted by another cashier, when I asked her she said sorry and I told her that is not acceptable cos I have been waiting to me that's bad customer service. She then went and said "I said I am sorry" taking her time and not showing any remorse none whatsoever. Dear Shoprite Cosmo City the one next to KFC you are capable of firing your staff members(we saw the video on ticltok) but your customer service is something else. Please fix your people's attitude if they are tired they should resign

Bad Customer Service

Went to get meds at Clicks Cosmo City Shopping and had to wait in a queue for close to 30mins only to be told that some other medication they do not have since it's located in "kasi". So I was like I'm not surprised since there's a lot of things that they do not have I will go somewhere else. The pharmacist told me I should have went there in the first place. And decided to give me attitude ended up just keeping quiet. Got what they had called their client care and no one got back to me.

Refund

Made a booking for Durban July 2023 and it was canceled 2 days prior even now I'm still waiting for them to refund me. No communication from them I have to do follow ups and the replies I get it shows that they don't care
