Got an sms that waiting hours can be up to 3 hours, however I received a call after 6 hours. Won't recommend using this method if you want urgent assistance. The doctor was not rude, she was just ok.
I had no idea that there was an initiation fee to open an account. Also the monthly fees are so crazy. You will pay your account for long because it moves slowly due to the unbelivable monthly fees. For your own peace of mind. Don't open an account.
After my complaint. I am really happy on how innovation group dealt with the matter. They were quick to resolve the problem and Antoinette Howard was friendly and informative. Well done.
I had a two year service plan. I hardly use my car and the millage is always low. I did not service my car a year after buying it as the millage was low.I serviced my car once and was advised by the consultant that no matter how low the millage is I need to service the car. I needed to make another service before my policy expires this month. I was advised by their consultant that I should take the car in regardless of the low milage. To my shock innovation rejected my claim due to low millage. The problem is how consultants will tell you different information. I guess I paid for a car service that I will never receive. I was planning to continue with my policy. But not after this experience.
I spoke to a claim's handler namely Donne Buis a few times. She is very unfriendly and seems unwilling to assist. She doesn't even say goodbye on the phone and it happened a few times.
