InsureAfrica Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd
Based on recent customer reviews, InsureAfrica Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd receives sharply divided feedback. Positive reviewers praise fast claim approvals and supportive staff, with specific commendation for consultant Clint Geluk. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious concerns around misleading policy information, unauthorized debits after cancellation requests, rejected claims despite ongoing payments, and poor customer service attitudes. Recurring issues with policy cancellation not being processed and continued billing erode trust significantly. Transparency around coverage terms and billing practices appears to be a critical area needing urgent improvement.

Had to use my policy for a repair - excellent service! Especially from Clint Geluk. He supported me through the claim approval stage with guidance and support. Feedback and final payment was so quick! Would gladly recommend them.

A couple of months ago, I called InsureAfrica to cancel my policy. The agent promised to do so. This week I had a look at my Bank Statement and I realized that my policy has not been cancelled and InsureAfrica has been debitting money from my account every month. So yesterday, I called them again and they promised to send me a letter of cancellation COB yesterday. I waited and waited and that did not happen. This morning I sent them an email regarding this and I am yet to receive a response. Is there a way to take this complaint further as I this is just so unfair.

I am writing to lodge a complaint against InsureAfrica Underwriting managers, regarding a highly dissappointing and ********* experience i have had with their car warranty service. I took out a warranty for my vehicle through InsureAfrica, under the impression that i was fully covered in the event of a mechanical issue. However, when i submitted a claim, i was told that my claim was rejected because i did not "qualify for the cover" i was claiming for. Instead,i was told i was only covered for something far more limited. Something i was never told at the time i took out the policy. Due to this lack of transparency and what's consider to be a misleading conduct, i chose to cancel the warranty. InsureAfrica confirmed in writing that the contract had been cancelled and that no furtherbdebits would be implemented. To my shock, the very next month, my account was debited again by InsureAfrica. Immediately, i contacted them to request a refund, but my calls were abruptly disconnected, and i have not received a response to the email i sent them shortly thereafter. This is unacceptable, i feel deceived and financially exploited. I demand and immediate refund of the unauthorized debit and a written confirmation that my details have been removed from their billing system.
