Poor handling of property issues and refusal to refund my deposit
I had a very disappointing experience with 4 Corners Realtors. Throughout my stay at Casa Verde, there were ongoing issues with plumbing, electrical connections, and mouldy walls that created an unpleasant living environment. Despite these concerns, there was little to no effective intervention. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the refusal to refund my deposit. Communication regarding this matter has been unsatisfactory, and the lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage better management of tenant concerns and fair handling of deposits in the future.

Don't trust them
Very untrust worthy and will try everything in there power 2 not pay back your deposits and will even use your deposit to pay other people who make up imaginary bills.

l am writing this to complain about Elizabeth Mashini l have been looking for a place and whenever l send messages ,call directly and on whatsapp she never responds l was looking for a place last year dec and she responded in jan saying that the place still needs maintenance soon as it is done ,she will let me know l followed up countless times but she never bothered to get back to me l found another link for a property now in honey ridge and l did the same she never responded. My question is why advertise places if you know that you will not bother responding ,l understand it gets busy but we all get busy ..This is poor service How do you proceed to fully apply for a place if already the agent is showing RED flags ,when I'm inside the property and there are things to be sorted will l be attended to ? Thanks

Paola Brigg - you can never get hold of her, she never return your calls. You send e-mails she respond asking for more details which you get through difficult situations. She does not even bother to keep to her deadlines or even try and answer you back.<br> I got 4-Corners details from the web, where it stated that they have they high percentage on all visa classes but that is only a slogan without meaning. They have not even started in helping with a solution or a process and this is going for just under a month now.
