The worst complex to stay in
Casa Verde is the worst complex I have stayed in. There are ongoing plumbing and electrical issues that are never properly resolved. The walls are mouldy, which causes an unpleasant smell in the unit. Children often play at my doorstep, and there are noisy neighbours at night. Despite reporting these issues, security does nothing to address them. The maintenance staff member has also been rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, 4 Corners Realtors have refused to refund my deposit, which is extremely disappointing.

Poor handling of property issues and refusal to refund my deposit
I had a very disappointing experience with 4 Corners Realtors. Throughout my stay at Casa Verde, there were ongoing issues with plumbing, electrical connections, and mouldy walls that created an unpleasant living environment. Despite these concerns, there was little to no effective intervention. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the refusal to refund my deposit. Communication regarding this matter has been unsatisfactory, and the lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage better management of tenant concerns and fair handling of deposits in the future.
