Poor after sales service!

If I could give them no star rating I would. Installation done in 2022, had problem shortly thereafter, had to threaten the Pieter dude to come repair and also for a report on the pump. Fast forward to last week. Seeing E9 error message. Trouble shooting list says circulation pump. After a reset as per trouble shoot instructions, E9 prevails. Phoning, e mailing and whatsapp's without success. Stay far away from this company!!
