Poor after sales service!
If I could give them no star rating I would. Installation done in 2022, had problem shortly thereafter, had to threaten the Pieter dude to come repair and also for a report on the pump. Fast forward to last week. Seeing E9 error message. Trouble shooting list says circulation pump. After a reset as per trouble shoot instructions, E9 prevails. Phoning, e mailing and whatsapp's without success. Stay far away from this company!!

Manicaa not honouring refund
I ordered a pool pump with filter in Apr 2022. I was informed the next day that thete is no stock available and Iwill be refunded. 3 months and probably 15 emails latet I have yet to get any form of refund, only ticket numbers and promises of that someone will contact me in 48hrs, or 72hrs. Stay away from this company!
