Pathetic service will not recommend

*Completely unreliable – left my house wide open*

[Company Name] confirmed in writing they’d be here 15 April at 10:00 to install my garage door. I removed the old door so they could work.

10:00 came and went. No one showed. No call. Nothing. I had to chase them at 10:30 just to be told “truck broke down, can’t come today”.

So now my garage is sitting open with zero security because I trusted their confirmation. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s negligent.

If you need a job done on time, or at all, avoid these guys. They don’t communicate, they don’t show up, and they leave you to deal with the mess.
