Pathetic service will not recommend
*Completely unreliable – left my house wide open* [Company Name] confirmed in writing they’d be here 15 April at 10:00 to install my garage door. I removed the old door so they could work. 10:00 came and went. No one showed. No call. Nothing. I had to chase them at 10:30 just to be told “truck broke down, can’t come today”. So now my garage is sitting open with zero security because I trusted their confirmation. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s negligent. If you need a job done on time, or at all, avoid these guys. They don’t communicate, they don’t show up, and they leave you to deal with the mess.

The real repair company
Absolutely terrible service . Gino De Lucci and Wesley wade they collude . Gino is a **** he has no interest what’s so ever in helping his client , he has a don’t care attitude don’t even know how he is a manager at Cellucity . He say he going to do something but you don’t get feedback when you call the company they say he hasn’t even submitted a claim how is that . Please stay away from Cellucity or the repair company they are not reputable a lot of reviews on them are negative they all align that goes to show you that’s not a reputable company so much for them being real that’s a joke . I will not recommend them at all . They are good at taking your money but no help when you need them .

Cellucity canal walk
Absolutely disappointed with Cellucity Canal walk . I was there to fix my IPad screen because it had a cracked . Two weeks later the screen got cracked as I was putting the iPad in its cover , went over to the store to let them know what had happened because how can a screen just crack by just putting it in its cover just like that R1200 out of my pocket for just two weeks had I known that the screen was weak I would have just let the screen be. They say it’s personal damage like what the heck absolutely dissapointed and annoyed to have experienced such service from this store .
