Unprofessional Service

I purchased a package deal from Builders Warehouse that included a generator and an electrician to install the changeover and provide a COC. The communication has been shocking and the electrician’s competence is unacceptable. I called six times today to speak to someone and no answer on number provided. The installation still not done, leaving me without a working changeover and no clear timeline for a fix. I have never experienced this level of service — unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. I expect a prompt resolution: a qualified electrician to complete the job correctly and the promised COC.
